T&Cs
The Queens Head Loyalty Card is run by Davenports solely for The Queens Head and other nominated Davenports’ venues (yet to be included). You have a unique number, which is printed on your Loyalty Card and allocated to you alone. The Loyalty Card is open to UK residents only who are aged 18 years and over. Rewards earned on your card can be spent in The Queens Head and participating Davenports venues only. To register for a Loyalty Card please visit www.thequeensheadbirmingham.co.uk and complete your details. By signing up for a card, you agree to receiving communications from The Queens Head and Davenports. Your card will be posted out to the home address you supply after your registration has been processed. To use your card and accumulate points, please present it to your server before ordering.
The Queens Head and Davenports reserve the right to refuse to accept a Loyalty Card if it is deemed to have been tampered with, duplicated or there is any suspected unauthorised use. If we believe there is fraudulent activity on the card, or is has been stolen, we will deactivate the account. It is prohibited for anyone to join twice to benefit for any privilege – strictly one card per person.
When joining the Loyalty Card scheme, we ask that you give us a valid email address, postal address (where your card will be sent) and that you give consent for us to contact you by email with offers and rewards. By consenting to receive emails you are consenting to emails from The Queens Head, Davenports and participating pubs and venues where you can also use your Loyalty Card. You will also receive your Birthday Treat on the supplied email address. We will send you regular communications about your account via email (e.g. notifications of your points balance, rewards earned, exclusive offers, changes to T&Cs). Details of how to unsubscribe from emails will be included in each email although it is recommended that to receive and participate in offers you do not unsubscribe.
Loyalty Points
For every full £1 spent in The Queens Head and subsequent participating Davenports venues, you will secure five points. One hundred points secures you a £1 reward which can be used in The Queens Head and participating Davenports venues only, on food and drink products only, no cash alternative is given. Points are earned on food and drink only. Points will expire if you do not visit the venue within a 6-month period. It may take up to 24 hours for your points to be credited to your account after purchase.
Birthday Treat
On your birthday we will email you a £5 voucher for The Queens Head so that you can have a drink on us! The voucher will be valid for use for seven days only from the date of your birthday that particular year. The voucher will only be sent by email, it will not be posted to your physical address.
Cancellation
You reserve the right to cancel your Loyalty Card at any point, in doing so you will forfeit your right to use any of the points you have accumulated. To cancel your Loyalty Card you must email your card number, your name, postal address and email address to loyalty@davenports.co.uk and state Cancellation in the subject line. Cancellations may take up to seven working days to process. These rules are governed by English Law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Lost and Stolen Cards
It is the responsibility of the Loyalty Card holder to immediately report any lost or stolen cards. The Queens Head and Davenports will not be held responsible for any points redeemed between the card being stolen and reported to Davenports by email. A replacement card will be posted out to the card holder at the earliest opportunity at a charge of £2.
